Filling out the form below will put your sponsorship to work for our athletes. Money from Sponsors is used for equipment such as balls, nets, flags, etc. Your sponsorship gives you a place on our full color banner that is displayed on our fields. We will add your hyperlink to our sponsor list for easy access to your website or facebook page. We rotate shirt sponsors yearly so you have an opportunity to sponsor a team shirt every 2 or 3 years.
